Description;; Tom Ackermann's house is a bit on the smaller side considering the part of 11th street he lives on. Its a modest five room, two and a half bath. The front yard is just a green lawn with a few shrubs. The backyard has a pool, fire pit, and built in bar and grill. Its the perfect party house. Inside there is a large living room. Next to it the kitchen. There are two guest bed room on the first story along with one of the full baths. Upstairs is the master room and bath, housing a California king bed, and many other things. A third guest room is across the hall from it. The fifth and final room is a pool room with a bar and a huge plasma TV.

Description;;

Living Room/Entryway :

The door is made of black metal with a silver knocker. Upon entry, the first thing you see is the living room. The carpet is a soft off-white, with Brazilian cherry hardwood in the entryway. The furniture is cherry as well, with dark brown leather. The walls are a bright apple green, set with elegant crown molding. In the middle of the ceiling, molding surrounds the ceiling fan. The fireplace is made of wrought iron, in an old-fashion style.

Kitchen :

Like the entryway, the floors are Brazilian cherry hardwood. The cabinets are matching cherry, with mottled grey granite slab counter-tops. The walls are a cool slate blue. The back-splash is stainless steel tiles, matching the appliances.

Bedroom :

Autumn's bedroom is on the second story with an attached bathroom. It is open, airy, and light with soft honey Maple wood floors. The entire back wall is glass, facing the beautiful backyard and a sweeping view of the city. The walls are a light caramel color, accented around the room with bright oranges and scarlets. The dominant pattern of the room is Victorian style swoops ad curves, with various pieces of Autumn's artwork on the walls.

Bedroom's Bathroom :

Though small, there is a full shower in one corner. Above the modern-style sink is a beautiful stained-glass window of a tree facing the yard. The walls are a lighter shade of caramel then the room, with the same maple floors. The counter top is a coffee colored granite.

Art Studio :

The art studio is much like the bedroom, located downstairs. There is a stainless steel washing sink in the back, with walls made entirely of glass. Light streams in, warming the laminated concrete floor. The furniture (desk, sketch-table, eisel, canvas rack, paint holders) are all mad of maple wood as well. Faded navy blue accents decorate the room.

Backyard :

The backyard is full of large, mature trees and lush, dark green grass. It is accented with a koi pond and various river plants around it. There is a small brick patio with wrought iron patio furniture.
