Tom Ackermann's house is a bit on the smaller side considering the part of 11th street he lives on. Its a modest five room, two and a half bath. The front yard is just a green lawn with a few shrubs. The backyard has a pool, fire pit, and built in bar and grill. Its the perfect party house. Inside there is a large living room. Next to it the kitchen. There are two guest bed room on the first story along with one of the full baths. Upstairs is the master room and bath, housing a California king bed, and many other things. A third guest room is across the hall from it. The fifth and final room is a pool room with a bar and a huge plasma TV.
