OVERALL APPEARANCE;;
Merliana weighs around fourty pounds, and is twenty-four inches at the shoulder. Her pelt is a reddish-brown, rather like clay, spotted with black on her legs and chest and darkens at the edges of her face. Her pelt is dense, which comes from her years spent in cold climates. Her eyes are a light hazel, and are shaped like a hard candy. Merliana's ears have small black 'tuffs' at the top and are noticed only when she stands in light.

THE INSIDE
PERSONALITY;;
Merliana is somewhat of an enigma, aloof and rarely speaking of anything personal. Often she seems like she could care less about something, and most of the time this is true. Merliana loathes mundane tasks, and would much more fight for her life than lay around chatting with someone. Every now and then, she'll make a friend, or at the very least an acquaintance, that has earned her respect and she'll give advice to. Contrary to her common answer (I don't know.), she is quite wise and knows what the best path is, or what is most beneficial to her. She can be very lazy at times, and arrives late to anything she is supposed to attend.

HISTORY;;
Merliana was born in a litter with two siblings. As tradition went, her father wasn't present at the birth and she only met him a year later during mating season. She disliked her pitiful, needy, dependent siblings and rarely interacted with them. She viewed her mother as unintelligent, criticizing her every move. It was only when she left her family, did she realize that she had wasted the first year and a half of her life. Determined to make the rest of it matter, she gained a mate, one who was knowledgeable and willing to share everything he knew with her. Unfortunately, he was disenchanted with her after only a few months and left her to wander alone. This left time for her to gather information, and she traveled with a few wandering magic users, shape shifters, and normal humans (posing a normal pet at times) in order to gain whatever wisdom they could, hoping that this would fulfill her life. And for a time, it did.
