Pohono was supposed to be a paradise . . .. . . then the koxi came.. . . giant lizards, native but entirely vicious . . .
They slaughtered us at Chydyn until, all of a sudden, they came. . .. . . the griffins, the simourvs, as we came to call them.. . . the riders came, a group of lost children with simourvs at their sides . . .. . . they are now our guardians.
